Halo 3 released
Halo3 has been finally released on the Xbox360. Halo and Halo2 were the best selling games so far on the Xbox platform, and Halo3 is expected to do the same!
Although I am not really a gamer, I have to say that Halo 3 is a nice piece of software. So far I have only tried [...]

Herbert Grönemeyer at the Royal Albert Hall
Last Thursday I went to see Herbert Grönemeyer at the Royal Albert Hall here in London. I was kind of hoping that it would be a nice evening, and guess what: It was even better! It was certainly one of the best concerts that I have seen this year!
Grönemeyer clearly enjoyed playing at the Albert [...]

Airbus 310 low pass at airshow
I found the following video on John Dvorak’s Blog, and kind of had to post it here.
One of the comments describes it as it’s best: “I know, it was a bit unsafe… but, Boy!!! Was it COOL? Yeah!”

(Virtual) GPS on the iPhone
One of the features missing on the iPhone is GPS. I was used to have it on the Nokia N95, and although I didn’t use it very often, it came in handy a few times. Well, the iPhone has Assisted GPS since today. Well, sort of.
When checking for new application within the installer, I noticed [...]

$200 iPhone price drop - And what happened then…
The announcement of the $200 price drop on the 8Gig iPhone did not only cause positive reactions. A lot of the early adopters weren’t too happy to see such a huge drop in Price after only two months.
What made it worse, was a comment from Steve Jobs in an interview:
“Q: What do you say [...]

Plenty of new iPods
Looks like all of the different rumours were true. And my prediction weren’t really wrong either, but then again, I guess a lot of the stuff was kind of predictable, although it was a surprise that really nearly all of the different rumours were correct this time.

Tube strike - let the fun begin
I guess this week I will really enjoy even more the fact that I can walk to work and don’t have to rely on public transport. Since today, 18h00 Metronet, the company who maintains part of the London Underground network will be on strike for 72 hours.
As a consequence, only 3 of the 12 lines [...]

The beat goes on
As a lot of you know by now, Apple has scheduled a “special event” this Wednesday. I am not going to repeat all of the rumours of what will be announced, but, jut for the fun of it, here is my prediction:
It will be the long awaited new iPod. Using the OSX and having the [...]
